Software Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Software Engineer 3 (Product Engineer) to design, develop, and deliver high-value software products that directly support critical business objectives. Operating beyond traditional development frameworks, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with organizational stakeholders to co-create solutions, rapidly prototype concepts, and translate complex business challenges into production-ready applications. A primary focus of this role involves leveraging generative AI capabilities, advanced prompt engineering, and modern iterative development practices to shape and evolve internal technology products across the enterprise.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute Full-Lifecycle Development: Lead the design, hands-on development, testing, debugging, and enhancement of sophisticated software solutions to meet corporate objectives and IT standards.
• Integrate AI Capabilities: Partner with business teams to responsibly apply artificial intelligence features, generative AI concepts, and AI-assisted development tools across enterprise and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Liaise with organizational partners to define project goals, refine requirements, and translate business challenges into scalable technology products.
• Maintain System Documentation: Technical authoring and continuous updates of software solutions, systemic processes, and architecture designs.
• Support Existing Applications: Ensure the continuous maintenance, optimization, and upgrading of legacy systems to align with evolving organizational compliance and performance standards.
• Drive Technical Innovation: Experiment responsibly with emerging tools, platforms, and frameworks to prototype and build AI-backed features into production systems.

Do you have experience in System design for system development?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Educational and Experience Matrix: * High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive IT experience; OR

• Associate degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive IT experience; OR
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field with a minimum of five (5) years of progressive IT experience.
• Technical Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in relevant programming languages, modern frameworks, database querying, and architectural design patterns.
• Methodological Knowledge: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and scalable system design methodologies.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, precise critical-thinking skills, and strong organizational aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field.
• AI Specialization: Documented experience in prompt engineering, ethical AI practices, and integrating machine learning/generative AI features into enterprise production systems.
