IT Systems Engineer (Network & Infrastructure)

We are seeking a high-caliber IT Systems Engineer to own the configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of our core network and server infrastructure. This role directly supports our specialized client-side installations and our internal business operations.

If you are a hands-on technical professional who thrives on a blend of network engineering, system optimization, advanced video management architecture, and Tier 2/3 technical support, we want to hear from you., * System Configuration & Infrastructure Deployment: Configure, provision, and deploy enterprise servers, desktops, switches, routers, antennas, cameras, and associated networking hardware for new client installations.

• Server Provisioning: Streamline and execute setup by pre-deploying new hardware using custom system images.
• VMS & Access Control Management: Administer user credentials, manage customer access permissions, and handle configurations specifically within Luxriot & VIGIL camera and Video Management Systems (VMS).
• Technical Support & Optimization: Answer escalated technical support lines to efficiently resolve high-level hardware, software, and network issues. Assist with fine-tuning camera analytics and maximizing overall system performance.
• Project Leadership & Security Enhancements: Lead and support critical IT infrastructure upgrades. Continually advocate for and implement process improvements, including enhanced system logging, network monitoring tools, and robust cybersecurity protocols.
• Lifecycle & Asset Management: Evaluate, test, and refurbish older technical equipment to maximize resource utilization and maintain hardware sustainability.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate, granular documentation for system architectures, network configurations, and ongoing project tracking.
