Music Studio and IT Technician

In this role, you will ensure seamless audio recording, mixing, and production processes while maintaining a robust IT infrastructure. Your energetic approach and problem-solving skills will empower artists and staff alike, creating an inspiring environment for musical excellence., * Provide comprehensive technical support for all music studio equipment, including audio interfaces, microphones, mixing consoles, and recording software

• Troubleshoot software issues related to digital audio workstations (DAWs), plugins, and other production tools to ensure uninterrupted workflow
• Manage computer systems, including hardware maintenance, software updates, and operating system configurations across Windows and macOS platforms
• Maintain and optimize the studio’s network infrastructure, including LAN (Local Area Network), Wi-Fi (Meraki), VPN access, firewalls, DNS settings, and TCP/IP configurations
• Support IT infrastructure by managing user accounts through Active Directory, deploying updates via SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), and enforcing GPO (Group Policy Objects) policies
• Assist with computer hardware setup, repairs, and upgrades to ensure reliable performance for all studio operations

Do you have experience in Telecommunications data network configuration?, * Proven experience in technical support with a focus on computer management and network administration

• Strong troubleshooting skills for software applications
• Knowledge of computer networking concepts, including LAN/WAN setup, TCP/IP protocols, DNS management, and firewall configuration (including Meraki)
• Hands-on experience with desktop support tasks involving computer hardware repairs and operating system installations
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear guidance to users of varying technical proficiency
• Passion for music technology combined with a proactive attitude toward maintaining a high-functioning studio environment
