Job description

Cloud Analyst with experience in AWS and/or Azure, analyzing performance, availability, operational metrics, and incident trends, supporting cloud operations and lifecycle management

Requirements

  • Strong in data analysis & reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) with proven ability to analyze cloud cost/consumption and drive optimization
  • Experience supporting ITSM/ITOM (incident, change, SLA reporting) and disaster recovery tracking, * Experience working within enterprise architecture/governance frameworks, supporting documentation and compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree (IS, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related).
  • 4-7 years relevant experience in AWS and/or Azure, analyzing performance, availability, operational metrics, and incident trends, supporting cloud operations and lifecycle management.
