Technical Support Engineer

• Train new and existing users how to master the application using MS Teams
• Support the roll-out of new application features as they are released to our growing subscriber base
• Partner with colleagues across departments to ensure every customer interaction is a success
• Assist in the creation of new training content

• CAD/blueprint reading
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering or related STEM field

• Strong organizational skills
• Must be a strong team player
• Demonstrate willingness to learn new software/skills
