Job description

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with Generative AI experience to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development, experience building AI-powered applications, and knowledge of modern GenAI frameworks and tools.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Python development
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI application development
  • Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
  • Knowledge of OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, or other LLM platforms
  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, or FAISS
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI model fine-tuning
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
