Job description

As ARMS continues to grow, we are expanding our use of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and automation across the BOOST platform. We are seeking an EDI Integration Analyst to help drive this transition by supporting integrations, troubleshooting data exchanges, improving workflows, and helping scale our EDI capabilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and data exchanges
  • Investigate and resolve data processing issues
  • Support system integrations and data mapping
  • Analyze transaction reports and identify trends
  • Assist with automation and process improvement initiatives
  • Document workflows and technical processes
  • Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Client Experience teams

Requirements

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, * Experience with EDI, system integrations, APIs, data mapping, or data exchange processes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare technology experience
  • Claims, billing, or revenue cycle experience
  • SQL, Salesforce, XML, JSON, or API experience
  • Experience with healthcare EDI transactions, * This is a full-time, in-office position in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Are you currently able to commute to Grand Blanc Monday-Friday?
  • Describe your experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), data integrations, APIs, or automated data exchanges between systems.
