Master Data Management Analyst I (Remote)
| Remote | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM |
We are seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst I to support enterprise healthcare supply and revenue data operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured workflows, data validation, process consistency, and problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate item master data, validating product documentation, applying standardized reference guides, and supporting data quality initiatives across multiple systems.

What You’ll Do
- Review item master requests for completeness and accuracy
- Validate manufacturer details, catalog numbers, packaging, units of measure, and product attributes using approved documentation
- Apply standardized reference guide values and crosswalks to healthcare supply items
- Identify and escalate incomplete, duplicate, or conflicting records
- Review Power BI dashboards, reconciliations, and exception reports
- Compare item-level data across enterprise systems to identify inconsistencies
- Use spreadsheets and basic SQL queries to validate data accuracy
- Document findings and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
- Maintain detailed audit-ready documentation of updates and validations
- Support controlled reference data and approved workflow processes
- Ensure consistency across governed item categories and revenue-related attributes
Requirements
Do you have a valid Certified Supply Chain Professional certification?, Do you have experience in Workflow management (operations management method)?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 2+ years of experience working with:
- Structured data
- Workflow-driven processes
- Supply chain or operational data environments
- Strong Excel skills, including:
- Lookups
- Filters
- Pivot tables
- Conditional formatting
- Dataset comparisons
- Basic SQL experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures
- Ability to identify discrepancies and escalate appropriately
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills, * Bachelor’s degree
- Healthcare item master or product onboarding experience
- Supply chain or healthcare operations background
- Experience using:
- Crosswalks
- Reference tables
- Attribute validation guides
- Familiarity with Power BI dashboards and exception reporting
- Certifications such as:
- CDMP
- APICS CSCP
