Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Solutions Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of innovative enterprise software solutions for a medical device company. In this role, you will drive cross-functional collaboration, oversee project lifecycles from conception to deployment, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence technology strategies and foster continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage Customer Service activities including product inventory management, shipping, and receiving as necessary and in a timely manner.

Receive and resolve questions and inquiries from internal and external sales personnel and hospital representatives.

Enter orders in a timely manner

Assist in documentation and inspection of received and returned goods.

Review of inspection plans, procedures, etc.

Prepare shipment, packing lists and arrange common carrier pick-up and delivery.

Execute and assist the Document Change Order (DCO) process, and other Quality System databases.

Update and retrieval of controlled documents, as necessary.

Assist in data collection, documentation, data entry, analysis, and reporting (quality/operations process analysis).

Assist with any KURO training, including filling completed training records.

To execute the KURO Quality Policy and Objectives.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Time management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, 1-year medical device related experience is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or experience in related technical area.

Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Self-starter, and motivated individual who works independently.

Computer proficiency required including knowledge of planning systems.

MS Access database data entry experience is preferred.

Ability to collect, summarize and report technical information.

Experience in document control activities and technical writing of procedures, work instructions, and specs a plus.

Familiarity with general requirements of FDA -QSR and ISO 13485 is preferred.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams through project implementation phases while demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills.
