What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain full-stack features using C# / .NET on the backend and React on the frontend, writing production-quality code every day

  • Lead the architecture and technical design of complex, cross-functional features - from initial scoping through delivery and beyond

  • Own hard problems: you’re the person the team brings their toughest bugs and most ambiguous challenges to

  • Conduct thorough, constructive code reviews that raise the quality bar and help engineers grow, not just ship

  • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers through pairing, design discussions, and direct feedback - investing in people as much as the product

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design to shape requirements, push back when needed, and ensure the right thing gets built the right way

  • Debug and diagnose complex issues across the full stack - performance bottlenecks, race conditions, memory leaks, integration failures - and drive them to resolution

  • Champion engineering best practices: testing strategies, CI/CD hygiene, observability, and documentation

  • Identify gaps in tooling, process, or technical approach and lead the effort to close them - you don’t wait to be asked

  • Serve as a technical point of contact across teams, representing your domain with clarity and confidence

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tooling?, * Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET (6/7/8+), including async patterns, performance optimization, and API design

  • Strong hands-on experience with React, including hooks, component architecture, state management, and modern frontend tooling

  • A sharp eye for UI/UX - you care about how things look and feel, not just whether they work

  • Proven ability to debug deep, systemic issues across backend services, APIs, and frontend applications

  • Experience mentoring engineers and elevating team capability through example, feedback, and knowledge sharing

  • Comfortable leading technical discussions and driving decisions in a collaborative, consensus-building way

  • Strong written communication - your design docs and code comments are as clear as your code

  • A track record of owning large, complex features end-to-end in a fast-moving environment
