Testing (Software) Artificial Intelligence Business Systems Systems Development Life Cycle

Job description

We’re looking for an operational lead to drive the operating cadence of the Marble team - across research, platform, and product. You’ll own the burndown and risk register across Applied, Product and Platform; chase blockers across senior engineers and researchers; and coordinate the launch readiness of our models & products.

This is a high-leverage, individual contributor role. You’ll run standups, run the Friday demo, file the Linear issue, own the design-partner onboarding checklist, and stay accountable for the artifacts long enough that they become routine. You’ll partner directly with the Product, Platform and Research team leads - translating intent faithfully across teams and drive us towards success.

What You Will Do:

  • Own and improve core product development processes, tooling, and team rituals (planning cycles, monthly reviews, roadmap prioritization, etc.)
  • Build reliable run-of-business systems that scale as World Labs grows - launch calendars, intake frameworks, RACI structures
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering and Research
  • Facilitate roadmap planning by coordinating stakeholder inputs and maintaining transparency across the org
  • Support Early Access Programs and alpha testing programs that validate product-market fit and surface refinement signals before broad release
  • Own launch coordination end-to-end - ensuring timely, high-confidence rollouts with clear success metrics and post-launch monitoring
  • Maintain cross-team roadmap visibility that keeps GTM, Product, and leadership aligned on what’s shipping and why

Requirements

Do you have experience in Roadmap creation (System development task)?, * 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or a closely related operational role at a high growth tech or AI company

  • You’ve built processes and programs from scratch and scaled them thoughtfully - not just inherited and maintained them
  • Experience working with AI-native products, ideally in a domain where model quality and output reliability are central to the user experience
  • Strong ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative data - usage metrics, feedback themes, retention signals - into clear recommendations and roadmap inputs
  • Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority
  • Comfort with translating strategy into actionable plans, driving them to closure and collaborating across functions

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, experience in one or more of the following is a strong plus:

  • Experience working in AI-native organizations / labs
  • Experience working on consumer products or entertainment industries
  • Ability to build internal tools using AI

Benefits & conditions

$180-$225k base salary (good-faith estimate for San Francisco Bay Area upon hire; actual offer based on experience, skills, and qualifications)

Total Compensation

Base salary plus equity awards and annual performance bonus
