React UI+.NET Developer

• -Design and develop scalable React 19/.NET (8 -10)/ C#/ASP.NET Core Web API services that power critical business AWS(EC2, S3, Lambda) based applications/capabilities while ensuring security, reliability, and maintainability for global users.
• -Implement and enhance responsive user interfaces using React JS to deliver accessible and intuitive web experiences that improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
• -Write high quality C# code following clean coding practices and established patterns to ensure long term maintainability, readability and ease of debugging.
• -Collaborate with product owners, architects and fellow engineers to refine requirements, break down complex problems and deliver incremental value in each development iteration.
• -Optimize application performance across the full stack by profiling bottlenecks, refining database interactions and tuning API endpoints to achieve high throughput and low latency.
• -Create and maintain unit tests, integration tests and automated regression suites to safeguard system stability and enable confident and frequent releases.
• -Review peer code constructively, share practical feedback and promote engineering standards that reduce defects and improve overall team productivity.
• -Integrate internal and external services through robust API contracts, clear error handling and consistent data models to enable seamless digital workflows.
• -Apply secure coding practices and vulnerability mitigation techniques to protect sensitive data and comply with organizational security policies and industry expectations.
• -Document technical designs, interfaces and workflows in a clear and structured manner to support smooth onboarding, effective maintenance and knowledge sharing across teams.
• -Coordinate with DevOps and operations teams to support build and deployment pipelines, resolve production issues and continuously improve system observability.
• -Engage in estimation, sprint planning and status discussions to provide transparent progress updates and realistic commitments aligned with business timelines.
• -Mentor less experienced engineers through pairing and knowledge sharing, helping them adopt modern engineering practices and grow their technical skills.
• -Possess extensive hands on experience designing and implementing backend services using ASP.NET Core Web API within complex enterprise ecosystems.
• -Demonstrate strong proficiency in C sharp including object oriented programming, asynchronous patterns and error handling strategies applied in production systems.
• -Show practical experience building modern single page applications with React S including state management, component composition and front end routing.
• -Exhibit solid understanding of RESTful service design, JSON based data exchange and API versioning approaches suitable for long lived integrations.
• -Apply working knowledge of relational databases or document stores along with query optimization and data modeling concepts relevant to large workloads.
• -Utilize familiarity with source control workflows, continuous integration tools and automated deployment pipelines to support efficient delivery cycles.
• -Display strong analytical and debugging abilities with a track record of resolving complex defects and performance issues in distributed applications.
• -Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders using clear spoken and written communication tailored to diverse audiences.
• -Adapt to hybrid work practices by collaborating effectively in person and remotely while maintaining productivity accountability and team cohesion.
