Lead Fiber Technician / Data Center Installer

We are seeking skilled Fiber Technicians and Data Center Installation professionals to join a major infrastructure deployment project. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience supporting data center buildouts, structured cabling installations, and fiber optic connectivity in mission-critical environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, route, terminate, and dress fiber optic cabling throughout data center facilities
• Perform fiber patching, cross-connects, and cable management activities
• Support copper and coax installations as required
• Test, identify, and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Interpret construction drawings, rack elevations, and network diagrams
• Install and secure racks, cabinets, trays, and supporting hardware
• Ensure all work is completed according to quality and safety standards
• Work independently while coordinating with project leads and technical teams

Do you have experience in Telecommunications blueprint interpretation?, * 3+ years of data center, telecommunications, or structured cabling experience

• Strong knowledge of fiber optic infrastructure and patching practices
• Experience reading technical drawings and installation documentation
• Ability to perform physical installation work in active data center environments
• Comfortable working from ladders when necessary
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, * Must provide your own over-the-ankle ESD-rated composite toe safety boots
• Ability to work assigned afternoon or overnight shift
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
