Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 3-5 years of hands-on experience in systems administration, identity management, and/or automation engineering.

  • Strong working knowledge of Okta administration (user management, app integrations, SSO/MFA policies, Lifecycle Management).
  • Experience integrating Okta with Microsoft 365 / Azure AD and other enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell; familiarity with Python or Bash for scripting and automation tasks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager or comparable MDM solutions.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and Windows Server environments.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and basic integration concepts for connecting SaaS platforms.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issues independently.
  • Clear communicator who can work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) or AZ-104 (Azure Administrator).
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Logic Apps, or Azure Functions for workflow automation.
  • Okta certifications (Okta Certified Administrator or Okta Certified Professional) are a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with on-prem Active Directory and hybrid identity patterns (AD + Okta + Azure AD).
  • Exposure to ERP or HRIS systems and their integration with Microsoft 365 or Azure.
  • Experience with CI/CD concepts or lightweight DevOps tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
  • Knowledge of security frameworks relevant to identity and access (e.g., Zero Trust, MFA enforcement, conditional access policies).
