IT Help Desk Analyst

• Assist clients with basic troubleshooting of desktop applications, help with Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Onboard users, Office 365 account maintenance, password resets.
• Diagnose hardware issues and assist with new hardware setup.
• May involve on-site work.

PCS is looking to hire a help desk analyst. This is a full-time, in person position., * Knowledge of computer hardware and familiarity with Windows desktop and Mac operating systems.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Office 365, and other productivity software.
• Applicant should have good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent people skills and good communication skills are required. The position involves dealing directly with clients.
• Willingness to travel - position may involve some on-site work at clients around western NC and upstate SC.
• Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Fluent English speaker.

Desired education / experience:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or Information Technology preferred.
• Or two years relevant work experience.
