• Design and update charts, graphs, tables, and financial visuals using PowerPoint and Excel
• Ensure all deliverables meet firm branding and formatting standards
• Manage multiple projects and execute time-sensitive revisions under tight deadlines
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation

Do you have experience in Excel data analysis?, * 2-5 years of experience in presentation production, graphic design, or financial services support

• Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience working with Excel charts and financial tables
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience supporting investment banking, consulting, or professional services teams is a plus
