  • Some Experience with Cisco Voice - Call Manager, Unity, Packaged Contact Center Enterprise

  • Voice networking tuning and troubleshooting

  • Network Performance Tuning - SNMP, NetFlow, IP SLA

  • Cisco Datacenter Technology - vPC, FEX, UCS

  • Cisco Routed Campus - L3 Access configuration/maintenance

  • Cisco Switches - Catalyst 9500/9300, Nexus 7K/9K/5K

  • Routing: BGP,EIGRP, OSPF, ECMP

  • Cisco NXOS/IOS

  • Qos best practices and configuration for voice and data networks

  • Spanning Tree protocol best practices and configuration

  • Information Security best practices

  • Load balancing: F5 Configuration/Administration, LTM/GTM, iRules, VIP/Virtual Servers

Emerging technology trends

Education/Certification

  • Bachelor Degree Required

  • Cisco CCIE Preferred
