Client Facing IT Project Manager - 2606 - Remote EST

As a Client-Facing IT Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in facilitating the successful execution of IT projects within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be interacting with our clients and supporting development team in planning, organizing, and coordinating various aspects of project activities. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the achievement of both client satisfaction and project goals while ensuring efficient communication and collaboration among clients and our developers. This is a 100% remote opportunity for US Citizens/residents only., · Communicate with our sales team at the early stages of Client engagement to understand Client business challenges and needs.

· Coordinate and manage requirements sessions, take meeting notes, and support development team during requirements.

· Organizing and scheduling project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.

· Coordinating communication between project team members, stakeholders, and our clients.

· Monitoring project development activities, tracking project progress and milestones, and reporting updates to project stakeholders.

· Managing project documentation, including specifications, plan, timelines, estimates, and all other relevant materials.

· Identifying and addressing project issues or risks and escalating them to the appropriate stakeholders as needed.

· Facilitating project team collaboration by updating project management tools and systems.

Do you have experience in Managing projects?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, · Someone with a software consulting background and has worked with a variety of customer sizes across industries.

· Strong organization skills. You will be expected to manage many projects for multiple clients simultaneously.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to get clients excited about software apps.

· Client focused, prioritizes client satisfaction, and enjoys interacting with clients of different backgrounds and technical acumen.

· Ability to help clients feel more comfortable articulating their challenges and needs.

· Experience in identifying scope change and how to manage change control process.

· Not afraid to ask questions / actively engage with team members as well as clients daily., · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.

. Previous experience in Account management and/or IT project coordination or related roles is imperative.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear and concise communication with clients and project development team members.

· Proficiency in project management tools and software.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.

· Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, assess their impact, and propose solutions.

· Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and unexpected challenges in a dynamic project environment.

· Familiarity with account management and project management best practices and industry standards.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Teams and SharePoint daily user.

Experience:

· Project management for software projects: 2-3 years (Required)

· Account Management: 2-3 years (Preferred).

· Consulting: 2-3 years (Preferred)
