Systems Integration Developer (Go/Rust)

We are looking for a skilled Systems Integration Developer with a strong background in Go and Rust to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain integrations across various systems, ensuring seamless data flow and optimized processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with business requirements. This is an on-premises position, requiring you to be in the office full-time during standard business hours., * Develop, deploy, and maintain system integrations using Go or Rust

• Design and implement solutions to connect applications, services, and data across the organization
• Utilize Apache Kafka to build and manage reliable data pipelines, ensuring real-time data flow
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, optimizing for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand business needs and implement integration solutions
• Document integration solutions, workflows, and system changes

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, * Experience: 3+ years in systems integration and development with proficiency in Go or Rust

• Knowledge of Kafka: Proven experience working with Kafka for data streaming and message queuing
• Integration Skills: Strong skills in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and data transformation
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve integration challenges
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Work Environment: Able and willing to work on-premises during required hours, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday, * Knowledge of other integration tools and frameworks
• Experience with on-premises data management and enterprise software solutions
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization and orchestration tools
