Network Administrator

• Administer, monitor, and support client network environments including firewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure, and VPN connectivity.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), SharePoint, Teams, and security policies.
• Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms.
• Monitor and respond to alerts generated by RMM and network monitoring platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical issues involving servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user systems.
• Perform network assessments, infrastructure upgrades, and technology deployments.
• Configure and deploy firewalls, switches, access points, workstations, and servers.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions and ensure successful backup operations.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and client environments.
• Provide both remote and onsite support for clients throughout Orange County and surrounding areas.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance and emergency support as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes, security posture, and operational efficiency.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Network Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment and enjoys working with a wide variety of technologies, clients, and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate is proactive, technically skilled, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, network administration expertise, and experience supporting cloud and on-premises environments., * 2+ years of MSP experience required

• 3+ years of experience administering business IT environments
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless networking, and VPN technologies
• Experience supporting:
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025
• Active Directory and Group Policy
• Microsoft 365
• VMware and/or Hyper-V
• DNS, DHCP, and networking services
• Experience with RMM and PSA platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client environments simultaneously
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:
• Fortinet, SonicWall, Meraki, Ubiquiti, or Cisco networking equipment
• Microsoft Entra ID and Intune
• Azure cloud services
• Endpoint security and cybersecurity best practices
• macOS and Linux administration
• Industry certifications such as:
• CompTIA Network+
• Security+
• Microsoft Certifications
• Fortinet NSE
• Cisco CCNA

Work Location

Hybrid remote (After probation) in Santa Ana, CA 92705 with travel to client locations throughout Orange County and surrounding areas.

Pay: $68,437.55 - $82,419.41 per year, * 401(k)
