SoC Test Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Advantest V93000 SoC Test Engineer with strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and automated test equipment (ATE) environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, debugging, and optimizing test programs on Advantest V93000 platforms while supporting silicon characterization, production test bring-up, and yield improvement activities. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to enhance test coverage, product quality, and manufacturing performance. The candidate will also contribute to new product introductions, production ramp activities, and technical documentation.

• C, C++, Perl, Python
• Technical Documentation, Debug Reports, and Test Plans, * 5+ years of experience in Semiconductor Test Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Advantest V93000 SoC Test Systems
• Experience working in SmarTest 8 & SmarTest 7 environments
• Good understanding of SoC test methodologies and ATE environments
• Experience in test program development and debug activities
• Experience with silicon bring-up and production support
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
