Job description
Lead end-to-end solution architecture across Front, mid and back office, MS Dynamics CPQ, OMS, Planning, Pricing, WMS.
Lead requirement gathering, working closely with process owners and solution architects to prepare initial application level detailed design principles in one or more areas listed for Front, mid and back office, MS Dynamics- CPQ, OMS, Planning, Pricing, and WMS
Collaborate closely with business, functional, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into holistic solution designs.
Develop architecture blueprints, system integrations, and data flows ensuring interoperability across front and mid-office systems.
Develop functional specifications for any integrations effecting front , mid and Back office systems.
Evaluate technology options and drive best practices in architecture, security, scalability, and performance.
Guide implementation teams on architectural standards, coding best practices, and integration approaches.
Support proof of concepts (POCs), technology evaluations, and vendor assessments related to mid-office systems.
Identify and mitigate technical risks and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles.
Mentor junior architects and technical leads, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, Minimum of 12+ years of experience for the Architect role. These are high-level requirements:
Front Office: CRM platforms (MS Dynamics 365 CE), Dataverse, C#/.NET
Mid Office: OMS platforms (IBM Sterling), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Back Office: Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials/Supply Chain), VBCS
We are seeking an experienced Application Architect with deep expertise across Front, Mid-office supply chain and commerce domains including Front Office, Order Management Systems (OMS), Planning, Pricing, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Back Office solutions. The role will focus on designing and delivering integrated, scalable, and business-aligned technology solutions that optimize operations and drive growth., Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
12+ years of relevant experience in solution architecture or senior technical roles within supply chain or commerce systems.
Strong domain knowledge in MS Dynamics - CPQ, OMS, Planning, Pricing and WMS.
Proven experience designing complex, integrated solutions across multiple enterprise systems.
Expertise in system integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and data architecture.
Experience with cloud architectures (Azure, AWS) and modern architectural styles (microservices, event-driven).
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Nice to Have:
Certifications in TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architecture, or equivalent.
Experience in retail, logistics, or manufacturing industry solutions.
Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and DevOps practices.
Understanding of analytics and AI/ML integration in supply chain and GTM systems.
