Field Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Field Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for completing maintenance and repair work orders in both tenant-occupied and vacant rental properties. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, self-motivated, and able to work independently while maintaining excellent communication with tenants, property managers, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repair work orders in occupied and vacant residential properties.
• Troubleshoot and repair common issues involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, windows, and general carpentry.
• Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections as needed.
• Communicate professionally with tenants and management regarding repairs and work order status.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work independently to prioritize and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Assist the crew on rental property make-readies, renovations, and house flips as needed.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and professionalism.

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Woodworking?, * Strong handyman and general maintenance experience required.

• Extensive knowledge of residential property maintenance and repair.
• Ability to diagnose problems and determine effective solutions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check and maintain a clean record.
