IT Administrator/ IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator / IT Support Specialist to manage and support our company’s day-to-day technology needs. This is a hands-on position supporting employees, maintaining systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping ensure reliable and secure business operations., * Provide on-site and remote technical support for employees

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, phone, and network issues
• Configure and maintain computers, laptops, and office equipment
• Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, permissions, and email systems
• Support Wi-Fi, VPN access, remote desktop tools, and network connectivity
• Assist with cybersecurity, software updates, and endpoint protection
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and vendor relationships

Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone with professional IT experience, formal training, and the ability to work independently in a small business environment., * 3-5+ years of professional IT support or systems administration experience

• Formal IT training and/or industry certifications
• Strong knowledge of:
• Windows operating systems
• Microsoft 365
• Networking fundamentals
• Remote desktop and remote support tools
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred

• CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar certifications
• Experience supporting small businesses
• Experience with VPNs, VoIP systems, network equipment, and cybersecurity tools
