Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to support strategic decision-making across various departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical proficiency, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to data management., * Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key performance indicators and trends.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Design and optimize database schemas using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Perform data extraction, transformation (ETL processes), and loading using tools like Talend, Python, R, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and other scripting languages.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Support project management activities within Agile frameworks by coordinating tasks and delivering timely insights aligned with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) standards.
• Engage in business analysis activities to understand stakeholder needs and develop strategic recommendations based on data findings.
• Maintain documentation of database design, workflows, and analysis procedures using Visio or similar tools.
• Assist in the integration of linked data sources to enhance the depth of analysis.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics processes through innovative techniques and best practices.

Do you have experience in Requirements analysis?, * Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong proficiency in SQL programming for data querying and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools like Talend or equivalent software.
• Knowledge of database design principles for relational databases including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for statistical analysis and automation tasks.
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile project management practices.
• Demonstrated ability in business analysis to interpret requirements into technical solutions.
• Competence in analysis skills including identifying trends, forecasting, and deriving actionable insights.
• Exposure to linked data concepts for integrating diverse datasets across platforms.
