Job description
Circadian Health is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer, Clinical Systems to join our growing technology team. This role is the connective tissue of our care delivery platform - responsible for configuring, integrating, and maintaining the systems that clinical and operational teams depend on every day. This role is a hybrid between hands-on development and configuring and integrating with our vendor platforms, designing workflows and data pipelines that tie them together to ensure everything runs reliably at scale., The day-to-day role centers on platform ownership, systems integration, and cross-functional enablement:
- Care Orchestration & EMR: Build and maintain configurations within and integrations to our care platforms, including automated patient outreach, task routing, escalation logic, clinical workflows and reporting pipelines.
- Software Development: Write clean, maintainable code in React and Node.js when custom solutions are needed; deployed via CI/CD to AWS.
- Requirements Discovery: Engage stakeholders to flesh out requirements, proactively filling gaps when information is ambiguous or incomplete. Push back on quick-fix solutions in favor of solutions that are stable, secure, and built to last.
- Security & Compliance: Operate within a SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA-compliant environment, ensuring all configurations and integrations adhere to access control and data handling requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build trusted relationships across clinical, operations, and engineering functions; translate technical constraints for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive Ownership: Identify risks and gaps before they become incidents, and take initiative to resolve them without waiting to be directed.
