Job description
Quality Assurance (QA)/Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for Learning Systems Key Responsibilities: QA (Primary) * Execute end to end regression testing for vendor releases, enhancements, and configuration changes across learning platforms * Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in partnership with business stakeholders * Maintain, update, and execute automated test scripts * Communicate and follow defects found in testing to vendor for quick resolution * Validate fixes and enhancements across lower, sandbox, and production environments * Document test results, defects, screenshots, and evidence in Jira and qTest * Create, update, and maintain automated regression scripts * Execute and analyze automation runs using TALOS/Playwright * Identify opportunities to expand automation coverage as platform capabilities evolve BSA (Secondary) * Provide light BSA support, including: o Reviewing and clarifying requirements o Supporting requirement intake and validation o Helping translate business needs into testable acceptance criteria * Partner with the Technical Lead to identify test scenarios, risks, and edge cases early * Assist with basic ticket triage and validation * Coordinate with vendors on defect follow ups as needed Soft Skills: * Proactive communication and willingness to raise risks early * High ownership and accountability * Adaptability as priorities shift between BAU support and new initiatives * Curiosity and strong problem solving ability”
