Job description

Highly experienced Senior SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to help deliver test automation across our software development lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in test automation, software development, and testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and scalability., Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for UI, API, DB and backend services. Drive quality initiatives across teams, including test strategy, coverage analysis, and CI/CD integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure testability of features. Lead root cause analysis and debugging of complex issues in production and test environments. Advocate for shift-left testing and continuous quality improvements throughout the SDLC. Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in software testing and automation. Strong programming skills in languages such as Java and or Python Expertise with Selenium, Selenide, Rest-Assured, JUnit/TestNG, Karate frameworks. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab). Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS). Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable test frameworks.
