ERP Implementation Manager

NXA USA is seeking an ERP Implementation Manager to guide their team in Fayetteville, AR., * Lead all phases of the Epicor Kinetic ERP implementation from Counterpart MRP - with a go-live date of 10/1/26

• Coordinate internal resources and manage cross-functional project teams
• Liaise between NXA, Comtec (external implementation partner), and executive leadership
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Identify and mitigate risks to business operations
• Oversee SOPs, training plans, and change management efforts
• Supervise the Epicor Kinetic ERP Administrator
• Drive adoption, post-go-live stabilization, and continuous improvement
