Job description

  • Design, implement, and evaluate a wide range of educational and recreational programs that cater to various age groups and interests, including digital literacy workshops, Toddler Time, Summer Reading Program, and guest speakers.
  • Manage collection development related to programming materials, digital resources, and multimedia content, ensuring proper cataloging and metadata standards are maintained.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons with research inquiries, technology support, and resource navigation.
  • Maintain accurate records of program attendance, feedback, and data management to inform future planning.
  • Promote library programs through social media management, community outreach efforts, and internal communication channels.
