Job description
We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to support a large-scale Epic EMR initiative within a leading healthcare organization. These roles will focus on Epic system implementations, upgrades, and migrations across multiple functional areas., * Lead end-to-end project management for Epic-related initiatives (implementation, upgrade, or migration)
- Manage project timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Drive cross-functional coordination across clinical, technical, and operational teams
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, reporting, and executive communication
- Support go-live planning, execution, and command center activities
- Ensure accountability and delivery across multiple workstreams
Requirements
Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 7-10+ years of project management experience in Healthcare IT
- Hands-on experience with Epic EMR implementations or migrations
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Experience with one or more Epic modules:
- Clinical
- Revenue Cycle (Rev Cycle), * Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred)
- PMP certification (preferred, not required)
- Experience in multi-site or system-wide Epic migrations (e.g., mergers / acquisitions)
