Looking for a Senior QA Automation professional with strong experience in Agile environments, responsible for functional, integration, and regression testing, along with automation framework development and execution. The role involves ensuring quality delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and improving testing efficiency through automation. DUTIES:

• Define test strategy, test plans, and schedules
• Design & execute test cases, scenarios, and automation scripts
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing
• Collaborate with dev, QA, product, and offshore teams
• Identify test data needs and work with data teams
• Track defects, perform triaging, and analyze failure patterns
• Support automation development and execution
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and improve testing processes
• Drive shift-left testing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor team members and support cross-team coordination

• 8+ years in QA with strong automation experience

• Hands-on with:

• Selenium, Cucumber/TestNG, Python/Robot Framework
• API testing tools (SOAPUI, Postman)
• Automation frameworks & scripting

• Strong experience in:

• Test strategy, test case design, defect tracking
• Integration, regression, and API testing
• SQL / database / backend testing
• Tools: Azure DevOps, Jira/Rally, GitHub
• Experience in Agile environments (onsite + offshore coordination)
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
