About the Role
Are you passionate about technology, innovation, and solving complex customer challenges? As an Application Manager, you’ll play a critical role at the intersection of R&D, sales, and customer success-helping bring cutting-edge solutions to market while directly influencing business growth.

Application Manager
What You’ll Do
Innovation & Development
- Lead the development of forward-thinking application roadmaps based on market trends and customer needs
- Identify and launch R&D projects that drive long-term innovation
- Manage global product development initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to strategic planning with business forecasts and market insights
Sales Enablement
- Partner with Sales to win new business and expand market share
- Provide expert technical support during customer engagements and pre-tender processes
- Translate complex technical data into customer-friendly solutions
- Support pricing strategies and contribute to marketing materials
Consulting & Problem-Solving
- Act as a trusted advisor by delivering high-level application consultancy
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide data-driven solutions
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a seamless technical experience
- Contribute to technical publications and thought leadership
Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Deliver impactful training to internal teams and customers
- Elevate product expertise across Sales, Customer Service, and Engineering teams
- Share best practices on product handling, contamination reduction, and processes
Market Intelligence
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities
- Maintain insights into market positioning and competitive landscape
- Provide actionable recommendations to strengthen business strategy
Leadership & Impact
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement
- Identify skill gaps and support team development
Drive alignment through clear goals, communication, and accountability
What You Bring Experience & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong technical knowledge in semiconductor, solar, LED, or OEM platforms
- Experience translating customer needs into innovative solutions
- Proven success managing projects across global teams
