SUPERVISOR, HR SYSTEMS AND ANALYTICS

The Supervisor of HR Systems and Analytics leads the strategic management, integration, and optimization of the Division’s human resources systems and operational infrastructure. This role serves as the functional and project management lead for ERP/HRIS implementations and enhancements, oversees HR-related enterprise platforms, develops and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensures data integrity, system usability, and alignment with HR best practices. The position partners closely with all HR offices and cross-functional stakeholders, to design efficient workflows, improve user experience, and leverage data for decision-making. The incumbent provides direct supervision to assigned staff and ensures HR systems and processes are scalable, compliant, and end-user focused.
