Job description

The Oracle HCM Developer will design, develop, and implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Responsibilities include creating Oracle reports, managing and optimizing databases, developing data models, and performing ETL processes. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Requirements

Do you have experience in System development?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Proficiency in Data Modeling and Databases

  • Experience in developing Oracle Reports and similar reporting frameworks
  • Strong skills in Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes
  • Knowledge of Software Development, including testing and debugging
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM modules is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Benefits & conditions

$45 - $50 an hour - Contract
