The Business Intelligence Analyst - Gas Capital Portfolio is responsible for delivering deep analytical insights that support capital project and operational decision-making. This role focuses on transforming complex project, financial, and operational data into actionable insights for business leaders.

Unlike a Project Coordinator position, this role centers on trend analysis, variance investigation, performance measurement, and executive-level reporting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working within large data sets, and capable of clearly communicating insights that influence leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, validate, and analyze large project and operational datasets

• Identify trends, performance gaps, and cost/schedule variances

• Investigate anomalies and perform root-cause analysis

• Develop dashboards and recurring executive reports

• Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy

• Translate data findings into actionable business recommendations

• Present insights and data-driven narratives to leadership

• Partner with finance, program leadership, and operational stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
