Junior Data Analyst

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
• Assist with data validation, quality checks, and reporting accuracy
• Work with team members to understand reporting needs and business requirements
• Support ongoing data projects and operational analysis
• Prepare clear summaries and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Maintain documentation related to reports, data sources, and processes

• 0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field
• Strong skills in Excel and data analysis
• Knowledge of SQL is required
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, * Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Must be currently located in the DFW area
• Must be able to pass or obtain a security clearance

$42,000 - $62,000 a year - Full-time, Contract
