Implementation Manager

One of our large healthcare software clients is looking to hire an Implementation Manager who will provide project management expertise and oversight of large software implementations of the Claim Performance products for the Healthcare Insurance industry. This person will be managing projects, project plans, status meetings, deliverables and team members as well as being the frontline to customers. Personability is crucial in this role. This person will be responsible for managing timelines, delivery , customer engagements and workflows of platform implementations. Timelines for implementations are 6 months. This person must be flexible as they will be working on many different projects at a time. This is a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity! Pay rate for this role is between 55/hr and 57/hr based on experience.

At least 6+ years of Project Management experience

Experience engaging with internal and external team members

Healthcare IT project management background

PMP

Azure experience

Data Exchanges - data mapping, historical data loads, and EDI-based exchanges (e.g., 834)

Interfaces - batch and API integrations with customer document management systems, provider portals, claims adjudication systems, etc.
