Network Support Engineer - Linux, VoIP & SIP

If you’ve worked with SIP, VoIP, carrier networks, telecom platforms, or mission-critical communications systems, this is the type of environment where your experience matters.

You’ll support highly available production systems, troubleshoot live network and platform issues, analyze traffic and signaling, and work closely with engineering teams responsible for critical communications services.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Troubleshoot production VoIP and SIP platform issues

· Analyze packet captures, logs, and network behavior

· Support Linux-based production environments

· Support VMware-based infrastructure

· Perform upgrades, maintenance, and production changes

· Create MOPs and implementation documentation

Do you have experience in Wireshark?, · SIP and/or VoIP experience

· Linux production support experience

· VMware / vSphere experience

· Strong networking fundamentals

· Wireshark and packet analysis

· Command-line Linux troubleshooting

Nice To Have

· Telecom or carrier experience

· Diameter protocol exposure

· Cisco networking

· Linux scripting

· PHP
