Senior Developer

Savvee Inc. is seeking a Senior Developer to support our federal client in a hybrid environment located in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing application solutions supporting the client’s platform. The candidate will provide technical leadership in system design, code development, and architectural decision-making, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable application solutions. One will work closely with the Architect, program leadership, and development team to execute application development activities, support system enhancements, and ensure alignment with program objectives., * Leading design, development, and implementation of application components supporting platform functionality.

• Overseeing system design decisions, ensuring alignment with architecture and program requirements.
• Performing code development, debugging, and optimization of application functionality.
• Conducting and supporting code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Supporting architectural decisions and contributing to system design planning and execution.
• Collaborating with the Architect and development team to implement technical solutions.
• Ensuring applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Developing and maintaining system components using approved frameworks and technologies.
• Troubleshooting and resolving system defects, issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensuring adherence to development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
• Supporting integration of application components and database interactions.
• Contributing to system documentation and technical artifacts.
• Assisting in identifying technical risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
• Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field, * Ten or more years of related IT experience

• Ten or more years of experience in system design, application development, debugging, code reviews, and architectural decision making
• Proven experience overseeing design, planning, and execution of application development activities
• Strong experience developing enterprise webbased applications
• Required experience with the following technologies: Angular, C#, .NET, SQL, HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, and Less
• Experience building scalable applications and optimizing performance
• Strong understanding of application architecture and development best practices
• Experience supporting integration of application components and database solutions
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment
• Must have the ability to obtain the client’s Public Trust clearance
• Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AIassisted tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A highly motivated selfstarter
• Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills, * Experience supporting federal programs or enterprise system environments
• Experience working within Agile development environments
• Experience supporting custom webbased portfolio or program management systems
• Experience contributing to architecture or system design at the enterprise level
