Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud technologies, Copado, and Salesforce release management. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-scale DevOps processes across Salesforce and AWS environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud architecture, and release governance., * Manage and optimize Salesforce release management processes using Copado, SFDX, and Git

Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines across Salesforce and AWS environments
Automate deployment, testing, and operational workflows
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform
Collaborate with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth and reliable releases
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based systems and deployment processes
Implement DevOps best practices, governance standards, and release strategies

Requirements

15+ years of overall Enterprise DevOps experience across SaaS and Cloud environments
8+ years of Salesforce DevOps and Release Management experience using Copado, SFDX, Git, and Salesforce metadata deployments
8+ years of experience with Copado and automated Salesforce release management
10+ years of AWS Cloud and DevOps experience
10+ years of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) experience
10+ years of CI/CD pipeline development and orchestration using Jenkins and/or AWS CodePipeline
10+ years of scripting and automation experience using Python, Bash, or similar technologies
10+ years of Git version control, branching strategies, and repository management, * 7+ years of experience with Docker, ECS, and EKS
Strong understanding of AWS cloud architecture and services
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
