Job description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to manage, enhance, and automate enterprise release management processes across the Salesforce platform and AWS cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Copado, Salesforce DevOps, AWS, Terraform, Git, and CI/CD automation, with experience building secure, scalable, and highly automated deployment pipelines., * Manage and optimize Copado-driven Salesforce release management and CI/CD pipelines across multiple development teams.

  • Support Salesforce metadata deployments, Git version control, merge conflict resolution, and branching strategies.
  • Implement quality gates for security, code quality, test coverage, and deployment best practices.
  • Establish change governance processes and coordinate production releases across multiple internal teams and vendors.
  • Design, provision, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps services and Jenkins for application and infrastructure deployments.
  • Integrate automated testing into Salesforce and AWS deployment pipelines.
  • Monitor Salesforce environments and AWS infrastructure to ensure system performance, availability, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain technical documentation for release management, cloud infrastructure, Terraform modules, and deployment processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement by adopting DevOps best practices, automation, monitoring, and cloud-native technologies.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Copado and Salesforce DevOps release management.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Metadata deployments, Git, branching strategies, and merge conflict resolution.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce and cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS DevOps, AWS services, and cloud infrastructure management.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Experience with Jenkins and deployment automation.
  • Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Experience implementing security controls, quality gates, automated testing, and release governance.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced experience with Jenkins, Terraform, AWS DevOps tools, and enterprise cloud automation.
  • Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce environments with multiple development teams.
  • Knowledge of DevOps best practices, cloud-native architectures, infrastructure monitoring, and continuous delivery.
