Staffing with Bliss is conducting a confidential search for an Information Technology Manager on behalf of a growing defense-focused technology organization supporting advanced engineering, research, and government-related programs.

This position goes far beyond maintaining infrastructure. The individual selected will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, own the organization’s cybersecurity roadmap, drive CMMC Level 2 readiness, and help determine how technology investments support long-term business objectives.

YOUR IMPACT

• Lead enterprise technology strategy across multiple locations
• Own cybersecurity initiatives and risk mitigation efforts
• Drive CMMC Level 2 implementation and long-term compliance
• Maintain alignment with NIST 800 requirements
• Guide infrastructure modernization and future technology investments
• Oversee Microsoft GCC High environments and secure government-focused systems
• Direct disaster recovery, business continuity, and security planning
• Lead and develop IT personnel
• Partner directly with senior leadership on strategic initiatives
