Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and administrative expertise in QuickBooks, advanced proficiency in project management tools, and excellent written communication skills. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage project scopes, budgets, timelines, and documentation while ensuring high-quality project delivery.Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of large technology projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, materials management, client reporting, Team task management and execution.
- Create and manage project estimates, invoices, purchase orders (POs), and statements of work directly within QuickBooks.
- Develop detailed Scopes of Work and supporting documentation in Microsoft Word.
- Track project progress, costs, and timelines using Microsoft Project and Smartsheet (Advanced level).
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.
- Monitor project financials, including invoicing, change orders, and cost control.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with all project stakeholders.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Education: Associate degree (or higher) in Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience in the construction industry, with proven success managing large construction projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (invoicing, estimates, purchase orders, statements of work).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word (creating professional Scopes of Work and documentation).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project.
- Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet., * Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage project risks effectively.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills., * Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Prior experience with construction accounting and financial documentation.
