Billing Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Billing Solution Architect with strong expertise in the Wireless/Mobile Postpaid Billing domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and architecting end-to-end billing solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration between billing systems and customer-facing platforms.

This role requires deep knowledge of billing processes, API architecture, customer lifecycle management, and telecommunications billing ecosystems. Experience with Amdocs Billing is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design for wireless/mobile postpaid billing platforms.
• Own end-to-end billing solutioning across ordering, invoicing, payments, collections, credits, refunds, promotions, and charge management processes.
• Design scalable and secure APIs for integration between billing systems, customer portals, CRM platforms, order management systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate billing requirements into technical solutions.
• Define integration strategies between billing, customer onboarding, credit check, address validation, fulfillment, and customer experience platforms.
• Support architecture reviews, solution governance, and technical roadmaps within the billing domain.
• Ensure billing solutions align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
• Work closely with development, QA, product, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Do you have experience in Web services design?, * 10+ years of experience in Telecommunications/Wireless Billing environments.

• Service & Device Promotions
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Amdocs Billing/BSS solutions.
• Experience in Telecom BSS/OSS ecosystems.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and microservices.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms and event-driven architectures.
