IT Administrator

We are seeking an IT Administrator to support and strengthen our firm’s network, systems, and security infrastructure. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who places a strong emphasis on accurate documentation, consistent ticket handling, standardization, and best practices, particularly in environments that manage sensitive client data., * Manage internal IT support tickets, ensuring thorough, timely, and consistent documentation of troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and outcomes

• Maintain clear and organized ticket records to support audits, knowledge sharing, and process improvement
• Handle daily, monthly, and quarterly audits as assigned
• Provide ongoing administration and support of network infrastructure, including switches and related hardware

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, * Strong working knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems

• Experience working in an Office 365 environment (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
• Demonstrated ability to document work accurately and consistently, especially within ticketing systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced network administration or engineering experience
• Experience improving IT documentation, workflows, or ticketing standards
