Manual QA Tester- INTL- Brazil or Costa Rica

Execute manual testing for web, ERP, and cloud-based applications

Perform API testing to validate request/response behavior and integrations

Conduct backend testing, including data validation using SQL

Support integration testing using MuleSoft

Create, maintain, and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements

Validate complex logic within a marketing cloud email application

Log, track, and retest defects using Jira

Participate in daily standups and Agile ceremonies

Work closely with and learn from a more senior tester assigned to the ecommerce/marketing platform

Leverage AI tools (prompting) to assist with test case creation when applicable

Ensure application quality as features are delivered and assigned

Day-to-Day Activities

Attend daily standups

Execute assigned manual, API, backend, and integration tests

Review requirements documented in Jira

Create and execute test cases stored in TFS

2-3 years of experience testing:

Website applications

ERP applications

Cloud-based applications

Strong experience with manual testing

Hands-on experience with:

API testing

Backend testing

SQL for data validation

Experience with integration testing using MuleSoft

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows

Experience working with:

Jira (requirements, defect tracking)

TFS / Azure DevOps (Team Foundation Server) for test cases Experience testing marketing cloud or email platforms

Exposure to ecommerce applications

Comfort using AI tools for test case generation

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Good communication skills in a collaborative team environment

Pay Rate: $17.00-$22.00 an hour depending on skills and experience
