QA Tester

Insight Global is looking for a QA Tester to contribute to a variety of cross-functional projects aimed at driving significant improvements. Projects will range in scope and complexity, necessitating expertise in diverse testing functions, including test development, execution, and project management.

Tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the application testing process for internal and external applications. This includes end-to-end user acceptance testing. Ability to execute test scripts, report defects accurately and thoroughly, and retest efficiently.
• Collaborate with IT and other business units to solve real time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis
• Build strong working understanding of the technical solution being delivered

2 years experience required

• SAP or Salesforce knowledge
• Exposure to Agile program development methodology

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Background in AI Extensive SAP or Salesforce experience
