IT Support Technician

• Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users across various platforms, including Windows, macOS, networks, and cloud based programs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues related to Microsoft Office applications, various operating systems, and specialized EMR programs.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users while maintaining professionalism.
• Manage computer hardware components and peripherals, assist with issuing and setup of new hardware for individual and office needs.
• Assist with mobile device management and support for various mobile platforms to support field operations. ensure connectivity and security.
• Represent organization and self profesionally.
• Other duties as assigned.

Do you have experience in In-person customer service?, Minimum 3 years of hands on IT Support. Demonstrated ability to support a large number of staff in various circumstances. Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to effectively guide and coach other towards resolution with IT needs. Ability to pass skills testing, background, and DFW screening. Experience in healthcare setting a plus.
