Job description
The IT Director is responsible for overseeing the organization’s technology systems, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and day-to-day IT operations across all clinic and administrative locations. This position provides leadership and support for the IT department, ensuring reliable technology services that support patient care and business operations.
Key responsibilities include supervising IT support staff, managing help desk operations, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, coordinating system upgrades and technology projects, maintaining IT security and HIPAA compliance, and working with vendors to support organizational technology needs.
The IT Director will regularly travel to clinic locations to provide technical support, assess technology needs, and assist with implementations. This position will also meet with staff and leadership to evaluate technology needs, provide training on new systems and technologies, and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, security, and organizational performance.
The IT Director will report directly to the COO.
